Purchased a home in Bonita and wanted full home automation with alarm and cameras, leak detectors, water main shutoff etc. etc. I contacted Frank and the next day he shows up on time. In fact he texted me confirmation of the appointment a 1/2 hour before. We chatted while he took notes. The next day I received the quote. Upon approval over two days the installation was complete. They also cleaned up the maze of wiring that was there previously and they left the house spotless. The Sonos system as well as the alarm and full house automation Is phenomenal and integrated on my phone and iPads. As someone who is a business owner I can appreciate the attention to detail by not only the owner but his staff as well. Thank you Freedom Technologies. ~ Anthony C

I first met Frank when he installed my AV/IT system in Pennsylvania and I was very excited when I heard he had moved to Southwest Florida. Over the years I had had several such systems installed in different homes in different parts of the country by others, and I have to say that my experiences with Frank both in Allentown and Florida have been far and away the best I have ever had. He is a true professional with awesome knowledge of his products and industry. He is reliability personified. He is always available for help, he always returns phone calls, and he always shows up when he says he is going to. I recently had him install a security video system at my business in Florida. FREEDOM TECHNOLOGIES IS THE BEST!!! Look no further than this company for your security camera needs. This is the best company I have dealt with so far. I tried to use my cable company who made my life miserable with faulty cameras and non existent customer service... (don't always trust the big names.) Prior to that a company that hard wired cameras and wires which were fine to an extent but once again, Customer service was terrible in times of need with cheap Chinese tech. I found FREEDOM TECHNOLOGIES with a lot of luck while searching for a new security camera company. They were fairly priced and gave great customer service. This is the best technology available after researching all options. Frank and Adrian deliver great expertise and service. The lighting scenes are “Next Level” and can be sunset orange for cocktails, ocean Blue during the daytime and can match your team colors during football games. The bar backlighting is amazing. This system adds another dimension to the look of our new home and can adopt the mood and ambiance for whatever activity we have planned! Frank and Adrian were the only provider that actually knew the details on how the system works technically versus the other sales rep companies can only sell the talking points but they are not into the know how like Freedom is!! ~ brett g

Couldn't have asked for a better service and experience. The team came exactly on time and set up my home with cameras, security system and finished off my room with gorgeous LED lights. The guys made it look effortless! I'm able to tap into my home cameras wherever I'm at and see what's going on when I leave on business trips. Adrian is an amazing young man who knows his stuff. Where do I begin from the first ring pick up with a pleasant introduction to the final connection it was an exceptional experience all the way through. Freedom Technologies showed up on time with all the equipment necessary to complete a very complicated job on time. Recently renovated our newly purchased cigar lounge Vicente of London and used Freedom Technologies for our security cameras, alarm system, sound system, lighting controls and TV system. They simplify all our controls by intergrading all our lighting, thermostats, sound systems, TV’s to work off of our phones or iPads. The company is professional and knowledgeable! Frank answered all my questions and important to me is that he also explained everything as well. I had a system that was outdated and I got a new system which is current and easy to use. My former company did not respond to my texts after weeks, as a result I researched other home security companies. Frank and Adrian did a superb job. They made it especially easy for me as they helped plan, then install, lighted countertops as I was miles away. They responded to calls and emails in a very timely fashion. We love our countertops. The first photo is of the raw stone as we purchased it. The second shows stone with lights installed underneath. Since closing on our home 4.10.25, we’ve had 15+ different contractor appointments for various home improvements. Mostly okay to good with a few of them being exceptional. Freedom Technologies installed our security system and also fixed a TV/surround system that another vendor had attempted to install. They are definitely in the “exceptional category”. Future Technologies is new to Naples but has a long history of success and customer satisfaction when they were headquartered in Pennsylvania. I had them do a review of my system and they improved and upgraded equipment and operating performance in a cost effective fashion. Also had them put in low voltage landscape lighting.
